Giving you a better and faster way to browse the applications on Windows Mobile Marketplace, Microsoft has put up a website with all the approved applications. You can buy an application directly from your PC, though it still have to be downloaded from your Windows phone by launching the Marketplace software on your phone. You can actually browse through all the applications in Marketplace without signing in with your Live ID. Though, once you sign in to the Marketplace it will still limit the applications by your region according to your account record. Check out the website at https://marketplace.windowsphone.com/Default.aspx
