If you are on Verizon Wireless network in US, you will soon be able to buy the HTC Touch Diamond from Verizon Wireless, although it is a little bit late compare to other regions. The Verizon Wireless version has a similar specifications compare to other Touch Diamond variants, except its memory has been reduced to 128 MB ram / 256 MB rom.
