Verizon Wireless today introduced the c by Personal Communications Devices, designed in a unique tilt-and-swivel design with QWERTY keyboard at one side and music player control button on another. The Razzle will be available online beginning Oct. 6 for $69.99 with a new two-year customer agreement or in stores later this month.
