Most mall stores in Duluth and Minneapolis say it is now. They said that before and I couldn't use the features on my phone, just the basic phone service. We had Verison service from Florida. Had to go to Duluth (72 mi away) to get phone features other than basic phone to work. We would like to get verison for our son who lives in MN. He currently has Unicell.
