Verizon Droid Incredible by HTC Available Today but It’s Already Sold Out Online

If you’ll recall, we were pretty impressed by the Droid Incredible by HTC. The device is definitely the pinnacle of the current generation Android-based devices, and we firmly believe it will take a mighty shove from any of the other phone manufacturers out there to dethrone the current king. With that in mind, the handset is available for purchase today — but hopefully you acted fast enough to get one.

Why? Because unless you’ve got your fingers crossed that you’ll be able to walk into a Verizon Wireless store, or a third-party selling Verizon service/devices, the online path will lead you to a big dead end. According to Verizon’s official site, the handset has already sold out, and new devices won’t ship until May 4th. Yep, that’s a pretty big wait. And, actually, it reminds us of another device that kept selling out earlier in the year. You know: the HTC HD2.

So, what’s causing it? Is HTC just short-changing these places, these wireless carriers, simply hoping that the demand for these powerful devices isn’t as high as everyone would suggest? Or, are there really that many people going out and ordering this phone? We’ll have to wait until we hear any kind of official stock checks, but right now, this doesn’t look bad for Verizon; this looks bad for HTC.     Good day all just found the positioning and thought I’d say hello. I like numerous you might be waiting for my Unbelievable to be shipped. I ordered it on-line on 6/9 and so they preserve telling me it can ship this Wednesday 6/30. Fingers crossed that it does this ready is killing me!     Hello, normally I rarely publish comments on WordPress blogs however today I am afraid I must do it. Last week I decided to install the newest version of the Google Chrome browser and your personal blog doesn’t load properly ever since. Now the sidebar hides part of the text and I can’t see it.
