It's good to see that a company such as Blackberry/RIM has taken it upon themselves to do the continued testing of their product so that these issues ARE fixed. There are a number of things on this device that I would like to see addressed,(like cooler apps ie iPhone) and the more input we give them, the more these things will be addressed. I guess its like a big suggestion box. Keep suggesting people, not conplaining. Conplaining just makes you sound like a thumb sucking whiner. EVERY company has issues with products they put out.
