Telkomsel and Research In Motion Announce the Availability of a Prepaid Solution for BlackBerry Internet Service in Indonesia

Telkomsel and Research In Motion announced the availability of a new prepaid option for BlackBerry Internet Service in Indonesia. The new offering from Telkomsel allows customers to activate BlackBerry Internet Service easily and conveniently via short messaging service (SMS) and their service is automatically disabled if there is insufficient credit in their account. The prepaid BlackBerry Internet Service from Telkomsel is available via an unlimited package with a tariff of Rp/ 180,000 per month.

BlackBerry Internet Service is designed for smaller businesses and individuals. It allows customers to access up to 10 supported corporate and personal email accounts (including popular ISP email accounts such as, Yahoo! Mail and Google Mail) from a single device.
