Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and Neo is getting video treatment at a Press Conference in Copenhagen. After the break you will see on the video how fast their interface reacted. What’s more it seems both Xperia Arc and Neo are very comfortable to be handle with its curved design.

As you can see on the video, they are comparing each device camera and also added the LG Optimus 2X. The Xperia Neo’s camera managed to do a continuous shooting at a speed of about one image per second with a 5 image burst.

New Custom Kernel for Google Nexus S Enable 1.2GHz Overclocking

The already fast Google Nexus S’s 1GHz is now being pushed to its limit with the new custom kernel. New kernel from xda-developer member will allow you to overclock your Nexus S to 1.2GHz. If you are going to load this to your Nexus S, note that the hacking will cause some problem to the Bluetooth module for now. Check out the thread for more detail.

Button Remapper for Rooted Android Smartphone

While I was still using Windows Mobile smartphone earlier this year, AE Button Plus was one of the most needed software for me to customize all the hard / touch sensitive buttons. A similar software is now available for free, though it is only tested with Desire HD and will required your Android smartphone to have root access in order to change the button behavior.

The Button Remapper comes with a standard set of pre-defined functions, allows you to launch the camera, control the media player with a different button. Available in Beta version, the author is improving the software to support more devices. You can try the software and give your feed back here.

Samsung Galaxy Tab For T-Mobile Capable To Make A Phone Call

The U.S version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab has no ability to make phone call. The hackers at XDA has managed to find a way which allows the tablet to make a phone call. As for now, the hack will be available on T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Google Push Out Android 2.2 for Nexus One

Scheduled for release to Google Nexus One users, Google has started to push out an OTA (over-the-air) Android 2.2 updates to some Nexus One review units. Other Nexus One users should receive the updates too in the “next few weeks“, but there is already a manual update method if you are inpatient enough.

Leaked on xda-developers, you can download the software update file from the direct http link. As long as you have a unrooted Nexus One rom, you can follow the detail instruction at Android Community to update your Nexus One!
