Skyfire today announces an updates to its web browser, bringing version 1.1 to both Symbian and Windows Mobile smartphones. The new version will improve the performance, especially the speed improvement on the scrolling and zooming. The new version is available at http://get.skyfire.com (at this time I am still getting v1.0 cab from the site)

Korean mobile software developer, DIOTEK has recently unveiled its new multi-lingual text entry software, SmartFinger 1.0 with a finger-touch method for touchscreen devices based on Windows Mobile. This product supports entry of English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Korean, and provides two kinds of QWERTY keyboards with key alignment optimized by each language and handwriting recognition features.

Last week, Microsoft has officially released its native Facebook application for Windows Mobile, allowing Windows Mobile users to access facebook easily for friends' photos, status updates or video/photo uploading.
