Orange has confirmed that it will be exclusively offer the Toshiba TG01 in the UK by this weekend. Powered by Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon chipset, TG01 uses a 4.1-inch WVGA touch screen and has a slim 9.9mm body. It will first come with Windows Mobile 6.1. An upgrade to the new Windows Mobile 6.5 will be available later this year.

Apparently RIM is going full speed with touch screen phones. BGR has posted about the new BlackBerry that is reported to make an appearance at WES 2009 (Wireless Enterprise Symposium, May 2009): a US bound HSDPA Storm and a touchscreen BlackBerry with a full QWERTY keyboard!

Yeah, it's just the matter of time Nokia would come up with other touchscreen smartphones after XpressMusic 5800. Logically, the next touchscreen phones will be coming from E-Series and N-Series portfolios. At this weekend, the Finnish giant confirms another N-Series touchscreen phone!
