The Rumor Touch Opal Announced as HTC Touch Viva

The first generation of HTC Touch has got its successor today, announced as HTC Touch Viva. The Touch Viva is an affordable touch phone with the new HTC's TouchFLO, or call it TouchFLO 2D as it would be less 3D effect than the TouchFLO 3D. The Touch Viva will be available in early October 2008 in Storm Gray color. continued »

Rumor: New HTC Touch Successor Named HTC Opal

HTC has uploaded tons of videos on YouTube for its new TouchFLO 3D user interface. Running Windows Mobile 6.1 on a VGA touchscreen, HTC have developed a new, three-dimensional version of their GUI overlay, called TouchFLO 3D.  This offers full homescreen access to all the applications and device status, as well as CoverFlow-style media browsing and rich icon animation. continued »
