Available this week in Korea, it has 49 LEDs on the front panel which can display different icons depends on the notification you set.

Supporting T-DMB, WCDMA global roaming and video telephony, the Neon Sign phone also comes with a 2 megapixel camera, mp3 player, electronic dictionary, text viewer and multitasking functionality. It will be available in white, sky blue, pink and black for about 400 – 500 USD.
