Although the steps are not as simple as over-the-air push, Microsoft and T-Mobile has posted a detail instructions to download your SideKick’s contact as a CSV file from T-Mobile website. The CSV file will then need to be uploaded / import to your SideKick from the Sidekick Desktop Interface.
