According to mobile-review, Samsung M8800 has been officially announced today, as what we heard in the rumor. It is not branded as Samsung Bresson series though (could be a codename), Samsung M8800 is the first Pixon series which you will see more products coming up next year with high megapixel camera capability. Scanbuy has secured a global agreement with Samsung to preload the ScanLife mobile 2D barcode application on Samsung's camera phones. Samsung will begin selling these phones in Spain, Italy, and Denmark starting as early as next month. Availability will quickly expand to other major markets including Mexico and the United States.

Just before the Samsung Innov8 reaching your local retail stores, a new rumor from phones4u UK said that Samsung Bresson M8800 is the next 8 megapixel camera phone from Samsung with full touch screen. Samsung M8800 has a codename called Bresson, which could be taken from Henri Cartier-Bresson, a French photographer.
