U.S. Cellular is said to be getting the Samsung Delve, a full touch screen phone similar to Samsung F480. Delve has a 3-inch touch screen, comes with a new generation of Touchwiz, 2 megapixel camera, HTML browser, bluetooth and threaded sms.
