Vringo, Avea launch paid-subscription video ringtone

Vringo has teamed-up with Avea to provide Turkey’s first video ringtone service. This deal also represents the first carrier-led video ringtone subscription model.

World’s longest ringtone lasts over an hour

Hmm, are you interested in having the world’s longest mobile phone ringtone? Normally, ringtone has around 2-5 minutes duration, but this one lasts over an hour! Unfortunately, the Dwango service is available only in Japan. All Dwango’s ringtones monthly packages are available for  ¥315 (£1.70).
