The Touch Diamond2 hot fix is specially released for Hong Kong PCCW network users. You will need this hot fix if can’t dial out but can receive calls through the PCCW network when roaming in HK. The hot fixes for Touch Diamond and Touch Pro will improve the GPS capability for better location locking.
