Palm is planning on producing a new handset according to Pre Central’s reliable tipster. There’s not much to say about the device but we do know the codename for it, the Mansion. The picture do not have any relationship on the new device, to be exact it’s still unknown.
Available now, both AT&T and Verizon Wireless’ Palm Pre Plus owner can download the webOS 1.4.5 software updates from Palm. The updates are pushed Over the Air to you, you can either wait for the update notification or do a manual update check on your Palm Pre Plus. [via PreCentral]

Palm today announced that the Palm Pixi Plus phone will be available in Spain with Vodafone on May 10. Palm Pre GSM is not going together with the Pixi Plus, making the Pixi Plus the only WebOS smartphone in Spain.
