According to the source, it is running on a custom OS, comes with a full touch screen like Motorola Ming.

The Motorola Blaze will support EV-DO Rev. A data network. Other features include a 2 megapixel camera, GPS, Bluetooth and Haptic feedback when you press the touch screen. No information on the release date for the time being.
