			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Open to anyone who want to develope webOS application, Palm has put up the Mojo Software Development Kit at its <a href="http://developer.palm.com" target="_blank">developer portal</a>. You can download the SDK from the site with any valid email address. According to Palm, over 1.8 million applications have been downloaded from its App Catalog, more applications will be available and it will also start accepting App Catalog submission from this fall.</p>
