ZTE USA announced the general availability of the ZTE C78 handset offered by MetroPCS, featuring a candybar design with a 2-inch backlit color display in purple casing. The ZTE C78 includes over 60 MB of user memory for downloading games, ringtones and applications, as well as a VGA camera with zoom, picture messaging capabilities and Bluetooth.

MetroPCS today announces MetroPCS Unlimited Nationwide with coverage available in more than 300 cities in the contiguous United States. This expanded network will be included at no additional charge in MetroPCS' current $45 and $50 service plans and can be added for $5 per month on other qualified service plans.
