LG Will Be Showing “Revolutionary Smartphone For 2012″ In MWC

Mobile World Congress 2012 is soon approaching, lots of invites and press released has been send. Excluding LG, the company has busy promoting their next generation devices. In the invites, LG mentioned they will be introducing a “revolutionary smartphone for 2012″.

We have heard news and rumors regarding 3 new smartphone by LG. Those three devices are the LG Optimus Vu 5″ 4:3 aspect ratio phone, LG X3 which known to be LG’s first NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core smartphone, and lastly, the LG Optimus 3D 2 (C2X). We can’t wait to see all the devices at the MWC 2012.

LG Optimus 3D Successor To Be Known As 3D MAX

If you guys can recalled the LG Optimus 3D packed with two rear shooters capable of taking 3D video. Well, the company is planning to released the Optimus 3D successor. The device will be known as the 3D MAX.

Unlike Optimus 3D processor which is 1GHz TI OMAP, the 3D MAX will obtain a 1.2GHz TI OMAP. As for the display, the 3D MAX features a 4.3 inch with better resolution. Not much info we can gather as for now, but expect to hear more during MWC 2012.

LG Spectrum 4G LTE Available Via Verizon For $199

Verizon is now offering LG Spectrum packed with 4G LTE connection. The Spectrum can be claimed as the successor of LG Revolution with an exceptionally great specs. It compliment the device with a 1280 x 720p 4.5″ display.

The Spectrum now available online and in stores at Verizon. It features a HD 1280 x 720p 4.50-inch IPS display, a powerful 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, an 8 megapixel camera and Verizon 4G LTE. The device priced at $199 with contract.

LG Optimus 2 Shows Up On LG’s Website

The successor of the LG Optimus One was caught on the LG’s website. It appears the LG Optimus 2 is officially unveiled by LG via their website. The device would be powered with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

The Optimus 2 packed with a 3.2-inch 320×480 display, 800MHz processor, 3.2-megapixel camera, 179MB internal memory, microSD card slot, and a 1,500mAh battery. The device also would have CDMA/EV-DO Rev. A compatibility. We are pretty sure LG would announce the device by the time CES is here.

Best Buy Will Give Away White Samsung Stratosphere And Several Other Phones For Free During Black Friday

Best Buy will be offering several devices for free. On top of it, it will come in our favorite color, which is white. Those several devices included a white HTC EVO 4G and white DROID Incredible 2. However, the main character is the white Samsung Stratosphere.

Not only those three devices, there’s much more to be offered by Best Buy. They’re the white DROID Incredible 2, EVO Shift 4G, BlackBerry Torch 9810 in white, LG Thrill 4G, and Motorola Atrix 2. Those phones will be available for free during Black Friday.

AT&T’s LG Optimus LTE To Be Known As Nitro HD

Bell Canada has announced that they are getting the LG Optimus LTE early this week. Now it’s AT&T’s turns to claimed the same information. The carriers getting the LG Optimus as the LG Nitro HD.

The Nitro HD features a 4.5-inch 720p HD resolution display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of onboard storage, and expandable via a microSD card slot. Aside from those, the device also have an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera along with HDMI output, Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA support, and a large 1830mAh battery. It packed with AT&T’s fledgling 4G LTE network and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

Optimus LTE Heading To Bell Canada

A few week ago we heard that Bell Canada is getting the Optimus LTE smartphone. Now, Bell is confirmed that the device will hit the Canadian network. As the rumor said, the device will be known as the Eye.

There are no specific date that have been revealed. Bell only stated the Optimus LTE will be launch “in the coming weeks.” The device features a 4.5-inch True HD IPS unit with a resolution of 1280 x 720 supporting native 720p HD content. Also, there’s a 1.5 GHz offering, the smartphone supports DLNA, and packs an 8MP rear camera and HDMI output. It will run on Android 2.3 OS.

LG Optimus U1 Will Features Android 4.0 OS

Several images of unannounced LG smartphone has surfaced. The device will be known as LG Optimus U1. The handset will be the first LG smartphone that comes with Android 4.0 OS aka Ice Cream Sandwich.

There are not much details on the device itself. However, as we have know, the Ice Cream Sandwich was announced last month and is coming with the Nexus Prime.

myTouch & myTouch Q Dummy Arrived At T-Mobile Stores

Earlier this month both myTouch and myTouch Q was announced by T-Mobile. Along with the announcement, T-Mobile only stated that the device will be available “in time for the holidays”. Now, we have the dummy myTouch and myTouch Q models in at least one T-mobile store.

Aside from the myTouch and myTouch Q, there’s also the LG Doubleplay dummy unit and the Samsung Exhibit II 4G dummy. This just means that all the following devices should be available very soon.

T-Mobile Revealed LG DoublePlay

T-Mobile has announced the LG DoublePlay, a QWERTY slider that pairs with twin touchscreens. It runs on Gingerbread OS. As for the specs, take a pick on it after the break.

It features a 5-megapixels camera, a 1GHz single-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 3.5-inch main display upfront, with a smaller, 2-inch sub-display nestling between the split keyboard. It might get T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network along with WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth. As for pricing and launch date, is to be announced.
