The ZTE PEEL has a 900 mAh battery good which can be operate up to 3 hours wireless use. Sprint did mention that it will supports VoIP. As for the WiFi b/g, it only supports WEP 64-bit encryption. The ZTE PEEL can only be used on the iPod touch second and third generation models.

What does it all mean, though? Well, you know how you’ve seen those iPhone-like devices out there? You look at it and say, “Hey! That’s an iPhone!” but then you find out it’s really not? Thanks to the USPTO, that can’t (legally) happen anymore. Since Apple requested the patent back in 2009 for the iPhone (but back in 2007 for the iPod Touch), those devices have popped up all over the place. Now Apple has grounds to go after the folks that are making a profit from their hardware design, at the expense of the Cupertino-based company.
