For those users in US who have ordered the iPhone 3G S, you might get the iPhone 3G S shipment earliest by tomorrow (June-17th) according to someone who notified engadgetmobile on his tracking detail. AT&T has start to accept pre-orders last week, and has planned to start selling the iPhone 3G S in its retail stores from June 19th.

At the WWDC 2009 event, the cpu specs for the iPhone 3G S was not revealed in detail although it is said to have a improved speed compare to iPhone 3G. T-Mobile Netherlands has accidentally put up the CPU info on its website, stating a 600MHz processor with 256MB RAM.

AT&T announced it will offer the new Apple iPhone 3G S in its retail and online stores beginning June 19.
