JAJAH today unveiled the world's first telephony application to utilize Intel's Remote Wake technology. This capability turns the home PC into an 'always available' communications hub, with Intel Remote Wake technology enabling the home PC to 'wake up' from sleep mode to accept phone calls.

Intel Corporation executive Sean Maloney today said more powerful microprocessors and high-speed WiMAX wireless networks will usher in a new era of the full Internet on mobile devices. Willcom in Japan today unveil its plan to release the first UMPC in mid-June this year. The Willcom D4 UMPC has a similar design as HTC Tytn II (HTC Kaiser), which comes with a QWERTY keyboard and movable display screen.
