Available from China Mobile, HTC and Dopod is delivering their first TD-SCDMA (China's 3G service) compatible smartphone called Dopod T8388 Qilin this month with the new Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. Fresh from the launch event, Chris Davies @ SlashGear has posted a hands on video on the new HTC HD2 with Windows Mobile 6.5.
