Helix Wind to Power Cell Towers in Southern California

Helix Wind announced today it will begin a technology demonstration and test of two small wind turbines to power cell phone towers in Southern California. The turbines will be installed by early 2010 and the test will run for one to three months.

Helix Wind to Trial Wind Powered Cell Tower in US

Delivering its first test wind turbines to Eltek NSG in Nigeria in late October this month, Helix Wind is planning to install its wind turbines in US test sites by November.
