Nokia’s N-series handset keep on hitting the mobile market non-stop after one another. Although, N8 hasn’t hit the market yet but the N9 is already ready to make an entrance. As we know, the N8 predicted heading to AT&T and has multiple complication regarding it’s hardware. Fortunately, its different case for the N9. A Russian journalist state that the Nokia N9 hardware is “near perfect”.

The Russian journalist also mention about the software, which wasn’t that great. We sure can expect that from Symbian or whatever software that N9 is running. Sadly, the device hasn’t been made official yet. If the hardware is as good as what it said, the N9 could be a serious contender in the mobile space if it runs with MeeGo in its final form. And that’s just what Nokia needed at this point in order to stay in the circle with the rise of iOS and Android.

The report broke mentioning the two important people; Facebook’s iPhone app developer and previous Senior Product Manager for Android at Googleare. Joe Hewitt and Eric Tseng are heading to work on the project as soon as possible. Facebook new device will be using Android OS and heavily customizing the UI, applications, and experience. The device won’t be ready until late 2011. This is surely interesting progress to see.
