Google mobile team has just announced its new Image Search for for Android, iPhone, and iPod touch in the US, the UK, and Japan. It's an innovation from Google India. They just introduced a new product called Google SMS Channels that lets users subscribe to news alerts, blog updates and other kinds SMS text messages. You don’t really need a mobile phone to do it, as there’s an option that lets you can send SMS messages via the web itself.

This week Google have released a new version of Google Maps for mobile, adding the "Street View" feature. You can see the actual photo of your search result, for example a restaurant, on your phone directly by clicking on the Street View link after you got the search result.

Google has just released an updated version of their Google Maps for mobile to version 2.2. The version 2.2 is available for Symbian S60 (3rd edition or later) and Windows Mobile (2005 or later). The new version has already been released to Blackberry devices and Java-based software, they are adding the Transit directions feature to even more mobile devices today.
