<p>The frame will be purchased for 100 dollars, while you should pay 10 dollars per month for a new simcard with a number. Not sure whether T-Mobile will use <a href="http://www.slashphone.com/69/8640.html">Parrot picture frame</a> &#8212; which was announced the new DF7700, a digital picture frame with a GSM sim card in it on January.</p>
