The idea is simple: send a picture message to a frame with a sim card buit in, and your photo will show up on the frame. It’s almost real-time! T-Mobile soon will introduce a new service called CAMEO.

The frame will be purchased for 100 dollars, while you should pay 10 dollars per month for a new simcard with a number. Not sure whether T-Mobile will use Parrot picture frame — which was announced the new DF7700, a digital picture frame with a GSM sim card in it on January.
