‘Say Where’ for the iPhone Introduces Voice-Entry to Mobile Web Sites

Today at DEMOfall, Dial Directions introduced Say Where, an iPhone application for voice-entry to popular Web sites for mapping, business search, and reviews. Instead of typing, iPhone users just speak any "place" - any address, business, or point of interest. Virgin Mobile Customers Can Now Request Driving Directions by Phone, Receive by SMS

Dial Directions announced that Virgin Mobile USA is leveraging its voice-activated "Directions Assistance" service to let customers request driving directions by phone, then receive them by text message. Virgin Mobile USA customers can simply speak their location and destination into the phone and receive directions instantly by text message. continued »
