CTIA Wireless has come and gone for another year, and while many people are complaining about the general lack of new products, there were still interesting devices and services that we got to see demoed and get our hands on. We’re going to list off our favorites from the week, and hope the delay in getting this list up doesn’t bother you too much; we had to really think hard before we decided.

The headset has a MSRP of $119.99 and is currently being sold at AT&T for $99.99. It comes with a Universal AC charger (100-240 VAC), USB charging cable, three sizes of RealComfort EarLoops and an Ear Hook for an alternative over-the-ear wearing option.

The BlueAnt Q1 allows users to easily control their headset with simple Voice Commands rather than pressing multiple buttons or even looking at the phone. Unlike other headsets that only support voice dial capabilities through the mobile phone’s voice features, voice control is embedded in the Q1 headset itself. Beyond voice dial capabilities, the Q1 enables the user to control all headset features such as pairing, volume and connection status using only their voice. The Q1 supports such commands as “Redial”, “Call back”, “Answer/ignore call,” and “Check battery.” Users can even ask the Q1, “What can I say?”, and the headset will verbally list all features available on the device. There is also a “Teach me” command that clearly guides the user through all Q1 functions. Saying “Pair me” gets the Q1 to guide the user in pairing with their cell phone.

The Mojo SDK, previously available only to a select group of partners, will be provided to a broader set of interested developers that apply for access to the program at the Palm Developer Network website. Access to the program initially will be limited as the tools and systems continue to be refined and improved, with general availability scheduled for later this year.

With Mojo, developers have the ability to integrate their applications into core webOS functionality, such as linked contacts, layered calendars, multitasking, notifications and GPS capabilities. webOS applications run natively on the device. They don’t depend on any server connection to run and can cache data locally. Providing developers with the freedom to integrate unique webOS functionality and services into their applications paves the way for a rich catalog of innovative offerings for webOS users.

The new Mobile Web Games and Apps Store also adds a keyword search, making it easier for customers to find games and applications they already know about or discover new ones with one or two clicks.

Yahoo! Mobile offers an open environment within which consumers can bring together their favorite content and services from across the Internet. The new Yahoo! Messenger application will provide iPhone users in the U.S. with the industry’s leading messaging experience. Features include the ability to send and receive instant messages, exchange photos, add contacts, change status, send emoticons, and stay logged in an idle state when using other applications on the iPhone. In addition to this standalone iPhone application, Yahoo! Messenger is also available within Yahoo! Mobile (both for the Web and iPhone) and as an application on several other types of mobile devices from leading manufacturers.

With the limited battery capacity and space on the Wristfone, Neutrano has managed to put in a USB connector, microSD card slot, speaker phone, touch screen and a 512MB internal memory. It will also give you a 3 days standby time, and up to 4 hours of talk time.
