Said to be go live on 25th or 26th, Verizon Wireless is releasing Blackberry Storm 9530 software updates through its website (www.verizonwireless.com/storm) and also your blackberry desktop manager. The software updates is fixing tons of bugs and will also include enhancements to existing application. Check out the change log below.

The ability to access and control a computer from a BlackBerry Storm smartphone is coming soon from LogMeIn. LogMeIn Ignition for the BlackBerry Storm smartphone will allow users to access their Internet-connected Windows- and Mac-based computers from virtually anywhere and work as if they were sitting in front of them.

Already available in many regions, the BlackBerry Storm has been announced for Hong Kong this week, though pricing and service plan detail are not revealed yet. The BlackBerry Storm smartphone is expected to be available in Hong Kong from 1O1O, 3 Hong Kong, China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited, one2free and SmarTone-Vodafone in the second quarter 2009.

News from EngadgetMobile that Verizon Wireless is releasing a new BlackBerry Storm firmware updates soon. This will be the second official updates with version number 4.7.0.113 from Verizon Wireless and RIM. It also includes lots of bug fixes for the company first BlackBerry full touch screen smartphone.

New BlackBerry 9530 firmware with version 4.7.0.99 has been made available on the internet by unknown source today. The firmware is another leaked release since the version 4.7.0.90 last month and is not officially announced by RIM yet. Check out the download link on crackberry site.
