Dropbox, a popular online data storage service, has updated its mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android platform. It has also officially released the new Dropbox for Blackberry smartphone. The Dropbox service is free, for the first 2GB storage space, or you can subscribe to its premium service for more space.

Skype today announced that the lite version of Skype, a ‘thin’ Skype client for mobile phones, will soon be available as a free download for BlackBerry smartphones. A beta version will be available in May for the BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve smartphones, with support for other BlackBerry smartphones coming later.
