One member from crackberry forum has managed to get a BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 from Verizon Wireless, which is not even announced by Verizon Wireless yet. The CDMA version is in silver color, specification should be similar to its GSM version 8220.

Rogers Wireless and Research In Motion (RIM) are launching the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 smartphone, the first BlackBerry phone to come in flip form factor. The BlackBerry Pearl Flip will be available in black finish from Rogers Wireless starting November 4, with the pink BlackBerry Pearl Flip coming soon.

It didn't take long before you see BlackBerry KickStart in different colors. MobileInCanada has received an advertisement banner, showing a pink BlackBerry KickStart 8220 which will be sold at $49.99, with 3-yrs mobile service contract.

Already officially announced on September 10th, the BlackBerry Pearl 8220 (also known as KickStart) is announced in a new silver color in some countries. The press release, in spanish, showing the new silver color. The first clamshell phone from RIM is also in Black and Red color in previous announcement.

No longer a secret, you have already read quite a number of articles of the first BlackBerry clamshell business phone, the BlackBerry Pearl 8220 aka BlackBerry KickStart. According to BlackBerryCool, the Pearl 8220 will go official tomorrow and RIM will make the announcement at the CTIA Wireless event.

The first BlackBerry flip phone, KickStart has already been known as model number 8220. BlackBerryCool has posted another product sheet today and the KickStart is clearly being placed as one of the BlackBerry Pearl series.
