Already available in many regions, the BlackBerry Storm has been announced for Hong Kong this week, though pricing and service plan detail are not revealed yet. The BlackBerry Storm smartphone is expected to be available in Hong Kong from 1O1O, 3 Hong Kong, China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited, one2free and SmarTone-Vodafone in the second quarter 2009.

News from EngadgetMobile that Verizon Wireless is releasing a new BlackBerry Storm firmware updates soon. This will be the second official updates with version number 4.7.0.113 from Verizon Wireless and RIM. It also includes lots of bug fixes for the company first BlackBerry full touch screen smartphone.

New BlackBerry 9530 firmware with version 4.7.0.99 has been made available on the internet by unknown source today. The firmware is another leaked release since the version 4.7.0.90 last month and is not officially announced by RIM yet. Check out the download link on crackberry site. Said to be taken from a Verizon Wireless test site, the mystery BlackBerry 9530 Storm pricing is finally revealed. The BlackBerry Storm has been officially announced in early October, however, the company did not publish the selling price yet. According to the capture screenshot, the BlackBerry Storm for Verizon Wireless will priced from $219.99 with a new two-year contract.

The highly anticipated Blackberry Storm 9500, the first ever touch-screen BlackBerry smartphone, will be available to buy from 14th November. Verizon Wireless, Vodafone Group and Research In Motion (RIM) has announced in October that the BlackBerry Storm will be available exclusively to Verizon Wireless customers in the U.S. and Vodafone customers in Europe, India, Australia and New Zealand.
