M1 and Apple has announced that it have reached an agreement to offer iPhone for M1's subscribers in Singapore by the end of this year. No info on the pricing, tariffs and released schedule will be available later. The latest Apple's iPhone 3GS is currently offered by SingTel exclusively in Singapore.

Vodafone today has announced that it will also offer the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS to UK and Ireland, bringing it the third official iPhone provider in Q1 2010. Pricing, tariffs and availability information is not available yet, but this will definitely benefits the consumers with more competition among O2, Orange and Vodafone.

Apple today announced that more than two billion apps have been downloaded from its App Store, that's 500 millions more since July. There are now more than 85,000 apps available, with over 125,000 developers in Apple’s iPhone Developer Program.

While O2 has been offering iPhone exclusively in UK, UK users will soon to be able to purchase the iPhone 3G and 3GS from Orange, according to Orange UK's announcement today. Fixing a new SMS vulnerability found on iPhone OS 3.0, Apple has just released the OS 3.0.1 software update via the iTunes software. The update file is around 280MB, a huge file though Apple didn't mention if it has also included other new features or changes with the latest updates.
