Rumor: 3G iPhone Exposed?

Is this the 3G iPhone? As usual it is almost impossible to see an Apple prototype before it is announced. The 3G iPhone in the picture looks a bit smaller. we can’t determine if there is a secondary video camera on top of the LCD screen though.
