It paired up right away with the Touch and the music sounds just fine and I don't notice any static or noise at all. I got myself a pair and have mixed feelings about them. On the one hand, I love that there are no cords. The inherent flaw with bluetooth headphones is that the sound quality is sub-par. The audio is very static-y but everything else seems to work fine. I paired the headphones with my computer to make sure that the problem wasn't my phone and the computer had the same sub-par audio quality. The question is: Is the decrease in audio quality worth the fact that you don't have to worry about any wires? You decide. These headphones are available at Best Buy stores right now.
