Sony Ericsson introduced its communicator called Aspen, an eco-friendly Windows Mobile smartphone –is made from recycled plastics and consumes less energy. Initially known as Faith, it also integrates a 2.4-inch touch screen display, built-in QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and high-speed HSDPA Internet.
The Aspen runs Microsoft’s new Windows Mobile 6.5.3 platform, allowing users to open and edit Office files, browse the Web, send emails and deal with social networking sites. The phone will be available the second quarter of this year.
