Sharp has just announced their new 5 megapixel CMOS camera module RJ63SC100 is the world smallest. The camera module has a size of only 9.5 x 9.5 x 6.6mm and support auto focus for better image quality.

Sharp will start sending out the sample unit next week and start the mass production from July.
