Samsung i7500 Galaxy Available in UK via O2

Samsung today announces that its Galaxy handset (i7500) is now available on the O2 network in the UK through the O2 network. Google services will be preinstalled on the i7500, including the Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail and Google Talk. It also has an integrated GPS receiver meaning you can make full use of Google Maps to guide you in the car or on foot.

The Samsung I7500 offers a 5 megapixel camera with LED Flash. The big 3.2“ AMOLED display ensures the brilliant representation of photos and videos and reduces the battery power due to the energy-saving technology. The battery has generous dimensions (1500 mAh) and ensures that users enjoy long calls and access to the web. The device also includes a 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, WLAN (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth 2.0.

The Samsung Galaxy (i7500) is available in the UK on O2 exclusively for 4 weeks from Monday 31st August 2009 and is free on a £45 per month tariff.
