Samsung today officially announced its ‘Galaxy Spica (I5700) Android-powered smartphone, available in Europe, CIS, and will be expanded to MEA region. The i5700 Galaxy Spica is powered by a 800MHz processor versus 528MHz processor in the i7500 Galaxy. It comes with a 3.2-inch full touch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, 1GB internal memory and microSD card slot.

Equipped with DNSe 2.0 for better sound quality and 3.5 mm ear jack, the Galaxy Spica offers the fully comprehensive multimedia feature set. Moreover, a long enough battery life (1500mAh) allows its users to enjoy all the applications and multimedia content. The phone also boasts its slim and compact design with mere 13.2 mm thickness.

The Samsung Galaxy Spica supports the full suite of Google services, including Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, and Google Talk, letting users enjoy the familiar desktop computer experience while on the move.

    If someone could find out the expected price, it would be very helpfull. i cant wait, Samsung prices are usually reasonable especially the samsung star as touch screen phone.
