Loading ...Is this the first Android phone from Sony Ericsson? mobile.nu said they have got images from some internal documents and the first Sony Ericsson Android smartphone will carry Xperia branding with a codename called Rachael. As what we reported in May, Sony Ericsson was saying that they are putting more company resources into Android smartphone development. When it is ready, it would most likely featuring the same approach as HTC, which will come with its custom UI on top of the Android OS.
Rachael is rumored to be powered by a fast 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, comes with a 8 megapixel camera and 3.5 mm headphone jack. There will be 3 hardware keys below the display touchscreen and it comes without a hardware QWERTY keyboard.

Well, I think SonyEricsson will be the next Motorola…. sure! With so many OS and not sticking to one… it spells disaster. They were once good at Symbian UIQ smartphone. This model looks like P3i.
Sony will have problems in mobile arena. but not While using Android platform. android will slowly pull the market. Apple may even tip the scale with their own android phone. Or pull out the iPhone heavy artillary. Sony led the way with Blueray and if they do their homework right will slap HTC Hero, 3G s, and N97 in the face with their Xperia X3 balls on the table.
