Rumor: Samsung I7500 First Samsung Android Smartphone?

With the limited choices on the Android smartphones available on the market, a new rumor has suggested the Samsung I7500 to be the first Android smartphone from Samsung. According to Bild am Sonntag, the I7500 Android smartphone is confirmed to be released on O2 network.

Possibly available by June this year (that’s 2 more months!), the Samsung I7500 has a 5 megapixel camera, LED Flash, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, 8 GB internal memory, microSD card slot, 3.5mm headphone jack and powered by Qualcomm MSM7200A 528MHz cpu. It will not have a QWERTY keyboard, text input is done via the new Android soft QWERTY keyboard instead. The 3.2-inch display screen is a capacitive touch screen and using the AMOLED display.
