They should definitely bring the HTC Quartz to the U.S. It would be compatible with Sprint's Xohm network, they should make it a CDMA and Wimax enabled device though. Sprint has the best network in my opinion. Verizon and AT&T suck when it come to wireless!!!

Please, let HTC send this out with 850/1900 MHz HSDPA and for use with XOHM. I'd rather use AT&T and XOHM than fucked-up Sprint and XOHM.

Why not? Aside from this there is only one other manufacturer of handheld form factor WiMax devices, and those are in the 2.3Ghz band, not the 2.5 that both Yota and Sprint use.

Right now, if Sprint wants WiMax to take off, they have to have handsets and that means HTC. Nobody else is even close to ready.

Lets hope that Sprint picks this one up for US distribution in the near future. Although I do not have high hopes that will happen.
