		<description>Let&#039;s hope MS will encourage charging for apps in the months ahead.  All this &quot;free&quot; stuff is dizzying and of miniscule value.  If deleted all the apps from my phone, I would not miss any, which is to say, what does that say for the value creation we as mobile developers are creating?</description>
