Has good features, but is very unreliable. And Palm doesn't help you out. They say you can send in your BUSINESS phone to them and wait forever while you're out of a phone that you may need for business purposes. Or what you can do is deposit 400 bucks for them to send you a replacement and then pay a service fee of 30 bucks. At least you get your 400 back when they get your defective phone when you send it to them, but you're still charged 30 bucks for their defective phone. This phone has caused me a lot of trouble!
