Rumor: First Leak of Motorola 2009 Mobile Phones for Verizon Wireless

If you are wondering what the Motorola will present for the year 2009  to save themselves, BoyGeniusReport has some fresh info on the new devices for Verizon Wireless in US. The Moto Flash (Pic Below) is indeed a sexy device, featuring a full touch screen. According to the source, the Moto Rush 2 QWERTY messaging phone will be available in Q1 2009. Release date for the rest of three mobile phones are not available at the moment

    yeah i have no clue…but i’m guessing march because february is almost over. then again it might come out towards the end of february.

    My dad is a phone designer for Motorola and according to him these are the release dates and prices for all four phones (with 2 yr contract):

    Rush 2 – March 21 $79.99
    Calgary – August 19 $249.99
    Flash – November 4 $299.99
    Inferno – December 3 $279.99

    Prices and dates are subject to change.

    Well thanks for the information! It sucks though because I’m ready for my upgrade and I want the Calgary. But atleast I kmow when things may come out.

    I hope the calgary release date is moved up. I get my upgrade in june and i would pay anything to have the phone.

    i dont think the phones will come out because you would hear advertisements for the rush 2 by now and you dont hear know one talking about it

    i cant wait for the calgaryyy i went to verizon to get the blackberry but u need $30 plan. so..i didnt get a phone and my plans up. the rush hasnt come out yet? these phones need to come out soon. i want to get the calgary so bad.

    I just got the moto rush 2 a couple days ago. GREAT phone…reliable call quality, easy to use. Only drawback is the QWERTY keypad…sometimes a little too sensitive and if you have big fingers like I do it’s sometimes hard to type out things. But overall one of the slickest phones I’ve used in a long time.

    I’ve heard that the flash and inferno arent being released. not like i showed much interest in either of those phones to begin with. and i’d have to agree with everyone on this that the calgary needs to be released soon. I’m tempted to get a job at verizon just to find out and leek release dates

    I heard the rush 2 will coming out soon. I dont know when but go to phonearena.com it updates the recent phones coming on market. But I’d like to know an accurate date for the calgary. I’m ready to update. I’m debating on waiting or getting that envtouch because its gotton good reviews and has good camera quality. Does the calagry have a camera definatly though? If not im getting the envtouch.

    john i really hope you are right about the calgary and its release date, luckily that is a day b4 my bday so i really hope you are not lieing or wrong. the calgary is shaping to be an awesome phone and i really hope i can get it.
