Similar to the recent announced Power A protection case, the new ThinkFlood’s RedEye mini is also adding the universal remote control capability to your iPhone. The company will start selling the RedEye mini this spring for $49. Compare to the $59 Power A protection case, the RedEye mini is not providing you with protection case, it utilizes theĀ  headphone jack to connect to your iPhone instead of the dock connector.

The ThinkFlood’s RedEye mini also comes with free integrated electronic program guide (AKA channel guide) that lets the user access program and channel information without interrupting what’s happening on the TV screen. You can also program RedEye to execute a series of commands with only one touch (macros). Additionally, only the buttons appropriate to the activity in use (like watch TV, listen to music, watch DVD) appear on the screen.
